How should I proceed to order online?

Please Follow the Steps Below to Order Products from DrugNatural™:

  1. Sign in to your account before making purchase. If you are a new patient or customer, please Create a new account or you can place an order without an account.
  2. Click Add One to Basket for the product you want.
  3. Click the View Basket link at the top of page to view your Shopping Basket contents and make changes before you check out.
  4. Certain manufacturers require that we record your a. Disease Condition b. Allergy c. Current Medical Provider's Name and Address. Please provide this information at the order comments during check out.
  5. We invoice all customers, including international customers, in the US $. International customers will see their charges posted on their credit card in their home currency based on conversion rate charged by the credit card company.

How long does it take you to process my order?

Order Processing: Most orders for vitamins and supplements are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Occasional delays of up to 72 or hours beyond can occur for a variety of reasons, including sudden excessive demand, particularly just before, during and after holidays, out of stock inventory, backorder situation due to bulk supply problems, shipping delays, and inclement weather. Once we become aware of the delays, we will promptly notify you via an email of any delay or anticipated delay beyond 72 hours. Orders requiring special handling can take longer. Some heat sensitive products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only so they reach customers during the same week. We require online ordering, as it saves administrative and processing costs; the savings are then passed on to customers. However, please feel free to contact us if you run into any order placement problems on line.

What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy: We want your utmost satisfaction, so we will do what we can to process your refund as fast as possible. We will not be satisfied until our customers are fully satisfied.

Contact us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment for any of the following reasons:

  • Wrong quantity shipped
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Incorrect shipping charge or billing information
  • Damaged package

We will not handle any of the above claims after 30 days of the invoice date.

In either case, please send us an email requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number before returning any products. We will promptly respond to your request returning the products.

Products returned without RMA will be refused and returned to sender, who is responsible for any and all incurred charges.

Once the RMA is issued, the return must be postmarked within 5 business days.

We will issue credits for returned products after they are received by us. All returns must be insured and postage pre-paid. Be sure your name, address and Return Authorization Number are clearly indicated on the outside of the package.

We will do what we can to process your refund as fast as possible but in some cases, it may take about 2 weeks for the credit to be issued.
