International Shipping

At DrugNatural™, we ship our products to customers all over the world.

Here are a few guidelines for our international customers to keep in mind:

Inquire with your appropriate local governmental agencies to learn about regulatory rules and restrictions for importing dietary supplements or nutritional supplements before ordering products to avoid any last minute disappointments. Please make sure that they know that your shipment is for dietary supplements and not for drugs.

Customs Duty, Brokerage Fee and Other Charges: Most countries charge Customs duty, and the carrier such as UPS, FedEx will charge a fee for clearing the shipment. Ordering customer is responsible for the payment of these charges/fees at the time of receiving the shipment. We do not know the amount that will be charged. We do not have any control over such charges and we do not take any responsibility for these charges. We do not refund international orders on account of such issues.

Regulatory Rules and Restrictions: The experience of our international customers varies from country to country, from customer to customer and from order to order within the same country based on the regulatory restrictions of the destination country, the contents of the shipment and even the fancy of the customs agent inspecting your order. Further we do not know and do not claim to know how the shipments are processed once they land in the customer's destination country. Some countries are lenient and the customers receive their shipments as a matter of routine. Other customers experience anywhere from minor issues to substantial issues including delay in receiving the shipments, additional approval from various governmental agencies, imposition of import duties and/or outright rejection of the shipment. Yet some other countries require a local medical doctor's prescription before a customer can pick up a drug shipment from the customs of their country.

Described below are the experiences of our customers in various countries as they mentioned to us. Your experience may vary from these experiences:

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Taiwan:

Our customers in these countries have experienced none to minimal problems and generally receive their shipments as a matter of routine. In most cases shipment arrives in about 2 weeks from the date of shipment. The customers in these countries appear to be very happy with the value of the products they receive for the money they spend with DrugNatural.

Belgium, Persian Gulf (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE), South Korea, Sweden:

Our customers in these countries have experienced some problems and delays with customs but overall they receive good value for their money and are happy with the purchase from us.

Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy:

You are trying your luck in these countries. The customs officials of these countries are erratic and they tend to approve or reject shipments based on their “mood of the day” for the lack of better term. We have seen orders pass through the customs with no problems at one time and get totally rejected or delayed at another time (even for the same customer). Orders below 8 to 10 bottles tend to pass through customs with little problem. Try not to exceed 8 to 10 bottles at one time to save on shipping. Ordering a large quantity is a sure way to get your order rejected. Also, try to have a doctor's prescription ready (more so in Germany) just in case you face problems with customs.

We suggest our customers in these countries to write to and pester your elected representatives to allow such imports as they are necessary, preventive and crucial life supporting dietary supplements that ultimately lead to improved health and reduced medical bills and fewer serious old age health problems and medical bills to the country and the senior citizens.

Brazil:

Brazil customs is notorious for slow processing of the shipments. They hold shipments for 60 days for no particular reasons and do not communicate with the customers receiving the shipments. You just have to wait and hope for the shipment to arrive.

Denmark, Norway:

We do not ship to these countries. Customs of these two countries are the most notorious we have found. They have rejected most of the orders of our customers from these countries. If you are lucky, you may be able to clear your shipments after paying a very high customs duty.

We suggest our customers in these countries to write to and pester your elected representatives to allow such imports as they are necessary, preventive and crucial life supporting dietary supplements that ultimately lead to improved health and reduced medical bills and fewer serious old age health problems and medical bills to the country and the senior citizens.

DrugNatural™ will not be held responsible for either such regulatory restrictions and import duties, etc. or for delay or damage caused by, and extra cost incurred due to such restrictions or complete rejection of the shipment by customs as DrugNatural™ has no knowledge of how the shipments in the destination countries are processed and has no control over such issues. DrugNatural™ will not accept returns or replace the damaged products and will not issue any refund for any such reasons whatsoever. We advise that customers inquire with their local governmental agencies to learn about regulatory issues before ordering products to avoid any last minute disappointments.

Carrier Delays to Shipment Outside the USA

The experience of our international customers with respect to delays caused by carriers such as FedEx, UPS and the Postal Services varies from country to country and even from customer to customer within the same country due to weather, accidents, human errors and so on. Majority of the time, and in many countries, shipments arrive on time or with minimal delays. We have not experienced any damage to the shipment due to carriers. These shipments are then processed by customs, unless your shipment escapes customs for some reason, where delays may occur.

DrugNatural™ cannot be held responsible for such carrier delays and the damage caused by such delays as DrugNatural™ has no control over these carriers or the events that led to the delay or the damage to the shipment in transit. DrugNatural™ will not accept any returns or replace any damaged products and will not issue any refund for the delays or damage caused by such events. We advise our international customers who have such concerns to notify us by a separate email immediately after placing an order on our website that they will pay extra charges for insurance against damage and/or for faster service where available to avoid delay in transit. Accordingly, we will pass the cost of these extra services on to customers and charge their account before shipping the order.

Customer Satisfaction

At DrugNatural™, we are committed to customer satisfaction and we will do our best to satisfy our customers as long as issues are under the control of DrugNatural™. On issues beyond the control of DrugNatural™, we will fully cooperate with our customers so that they may file claims for the delay and/or damage with the regulatory agencies in their respective country and/or with the carrier involved in the delivery of shipment but DrugNatural™ will not issue refund, replace products or accept returns.

Credit Card Verification

For the protection of our international customers as well as US customers who would like products shipped outside the USA, we do manual and more stringent credit card verification for which banks generally require 3 to 5 days. We do not ship international orders without completion of this credit card verification process.

Our international customers can help us reduce this verification time by providing us with the name of the bank that issued them the credit card as well as the telephone number of the customer service of the credit card issuing bank.

Order Cancellation & Returns Not Allowed

Discontinued items, close-outs and refrigerated items are not eligible for credit and return. All special ordered items, that is, the items we specifically ordered from the manufacturers after we receive customer order are not eligible for cancellation, credit and/or return.

International Shipping Methods & Charges

A customer outside the USA can choose from three shipping options:

  1. UPS/FedEx (most expensive and fastest, arrives in your country in 5 to 7 business days);
  2. US Postal Service Express Mail (less expensive and faster, arrives in your country in 8 to 10 business days); and
  3. US Postal Service Priority Mail (Least expensive and fast, arrives in your country in about 15 to 18 business days).

Additional delays will be encountered based on the customs laws of the customer's country. The shipping rates change from time to time and accordingly, we will change our shipping charges to reflect the cost of shipping. The international base shipping charges you pay at the time of placing an order in 2008 are for up to 1.5 to 2 pounds (slightly less than 1 kilogram). A heavier order will cost more and the customer will be billed at the time of shipping.
