Servings:
2 capsules daily with meals; either one capsule with one meal twice a day or two capsules with one meal a day. Results may vary from person to person and may take up to 4-6 weeks to realize the benefits. To accelerate the benefits, intake may be increased to 4-6 capsules daily.
