Servings:
Gently rub 1/8 to 1/2 tsp. on clean skin. Apply to belly, thighs or wrists twice daily. Use 1-2 weeks prior to menstruation each month. Non-menstruating women use any 3 weeks each month. Best results with regular use as directed.
