Servings:
Adults take 1-2 capsules per day, in divided doses, before meals or as directed by physician
Caution:
Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Vividdreams have been reported if taken too close to bedtime.Individuals with breast, prostate, or other hormonally linkedcancers (or a family history of these conditions) shouldavoid this product as 7-KETO has not been studied in thesecontexts.
7-KETO has been shown to promote healthy plateletfunction. As a result, it may be contraindicated forindividuals using Coumadin due to a potential synergisticblood-thinning effect.
