This green tea extract from Japan is a 100:1 herbal extract containingcatechins, a class of powerful antioxidant compounds known aspolyphenols. It contains a minimum of 90% catechins, withepigallocatechin gallate, the most potent catechin, making up aminimum of 70% of the content. Decaffeinated green tea extractcounteracts damaging lipid peroxidation and enhances antioxidantenzyme activity.
