Inexpensive Shipping Rate: $6.50 Flat Rate shipping
across the 48 contiguous 48 states of USA; $9.95 for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No ground shipping charge for orders over $200, occasionally however, if the order becomes very heavy, a
higher shipping charge may apply and may bill you at the time of shipping. In case of an order that qualified for free shipping when placed but shipped
partial because a product on the order is discontinued, we will ship the available products and may bill partial shipping charge, if the order falls below $100.00. Shipping charges may change without notice. Within continental USA, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska we ship via USPS or UPS. All shipping carriers raise their rates periodically so the prevailing carrier rates will reflect the actual shipping charges in effect at the time of shipment of the order. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible.
Please Note: The UPS drivers have been given complete discretionary authority by the UPS management to leave or not to leave a package at your door, if you are not present to sign for receiving the package. DHAN Medical, Inc. is not authorized to instruct a UPS driver to waive this signature requirement as such we cannot pass on a customer request to waive the signature requirement to any UPS driver.
Ship to Address Other Than Billing Address: Although credit card companies frown upon merchants shipping goods to an address other than the address on their records, we will ship to a shipping address other than the billing address only upon satisfactory verification of the ship to address with the customers either by phone call or by email or both. Any delay in such verification will delay the shipment of the order and we cannot be held responsible for such a delay.
Order Cancellation & Returns Not
Allowed: Discontinued items,
close-outs and refrigerated items are not eligible for
credit and return. All special ordered items, that is,
the items we specifically ordered from the manufacturers
after we receive customer order are not eligible for cancellation,
credit and/or return.
Express or Expedited Shipment: For
expedited or express shipment within the continental United
States, we ship via Federal Express or a comparable carrier
for an additional charge.
Next (Business) Day Shipping is available for
an actual carrier rate based on delivery type, delivery address and the weight of the shipment and we will charge you for any additional charges over our base shipping at the time of shipping. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted for next business day delivery. Thus a next day or overnight delivery order placed any time after business hours on Thursday will be processed on Friday for delivery on Monday, the next business day.
Two-(Business) Day Shipping is available for
an actual carrier rate based on delivery type, delivery address and the weight of the shipment and we will charge you for any additional charges over our base shipping at the time of shipping.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted for next business day delivery. Thus a Two-(business) Day delivery order placed any time after business hours on Thursday will be processed on Friday for delivery on Tuesday, the second business day.
Choosing express, overnight or 2-day shipping option does not expedite the actual processing time of your order. When calculating actual shipping duration or shipping time, please do
not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
